Forum Getting Accepted Into The Directories (Jul 23, 2007 at 9:17 PM) - James - ran across something from Site Build It web site about submission to directories with outbound Ad sense ads & affiliated links, some directories (non-commercial) will not accept you. They suggest building 1 / 2 pages per day, up to 30 pages, wait about 40 days then slowly submit out with no ads or affiliate links. After your done submitting then go back and add them back in. Your thoughts?

Forum Competitor backlinks are all directories! How many PADs? (May 23, 2012 at 12:29 AM) - How many quality PAD links should one count on to battle backlinks that are all from directories? My competitor has no quality links, but 170 backlinks from nothing but directories. Can I compete against this? How do I weigh one good link against these poor links?

I am in the process of submitting my podcast to the a variety of podcast directories. I have decided that I am going to use the forum to keep track of where they are all located so I can track my progress.
I found these directories by doing a Google search for epilepsy podcast:
