Keeping track of passwords, url's and all those other bits of information that are so important, can be a bit of a nightmare. When Paula and I started we wrote everything in notebooks, and on bits of paper that invariably got lost.
So when James introduced us to the Affiliate Organizer we just had to try it. Well we have been using it now for a few years and it is a brilliant piece of software.
It allows you to keep track of all your important information and you can tailor the folders to suit yourself.
One word of caution. Plan how you want your information to be stored and make the folders meaningful. We started one called Services and it wasn't long before it became a bit unwieldy, and it is a bit of a hassle changing data from one folder to another, as there is no drag and drop function.
Another brilliant tool to use is Gmail Docs. We use this tool to keep track of all our SID's and Keywords etc.
Both tools will help you to keep organised.

Without Affiliate Organizer they would have put me in a straight jacket and locked me away in padded cell a long long time ago. Quite frankly, I couldn't live without it!
