Today was a great day for PAD. We managed to get four articles sent out to various sites. All of them were very strong sites with pageranks of 5 or 6 and really strong sitening scores.

One of the sites originally sent back an email to say that they have never accepted articles from outside sources. This website has a pagerank 5 homepage and a Sitening.com score of 90 and gets approximately 200,000 unique visitors per month so we were keen to get an article on the site.

We sent her examples of articles we have submitted to other websites and she responded to say that she would take an article. We just sent it through to her today and she responded to say she loved the article and wanted us to write articles for her October, November and December newsletters which have a readership of approximately 2500 people. The articles are also placed on her website once the newsletter has been sent out.

This was great news.

We are currently getting Wanda's daughter to write articles for us. She loves to write and has a great flair for unique and very readable articles. It's so much easier to have someone close by who can just write up an article at a moments notice. We also have our RentaCoder writer working on 20 articles for us so the articles are coming thick and fast.

We have decided that tomorrow we would get a minimum of 3 articles out - we have enough sites on the waiting list now who want articles so it is getting easier and easier. We are also going to send out another 20 emails to new sites that we found.

And speaking of finding new sites, we tried something a bit different by getting someone in Elance to look for sites for us. We didn't think it would be successful but it turned out better than we expected.

Our project asked for 100 websites that met the following requirements:

- pagerank 4 or more on the homepage
- Sitening score of 60 or more
- the site must not be a shopping cart site
- the site must accept articles or have well written articles already on the site

There were a few other requirements but I can't quite remember them off the top of my head. We wanted to be specific as possible.

We received one response within about an hour of posting the project. It was an Indian company and they had already provided us with about 6 websites to see if they were what we were after. Well they were spot on with their choices so we accepted them straight up.

The final result was that they provided us with 64 websites at $1 per website. I am sure we could have gotten it even cheaper if we had waited around for other bids but they were brilliant at the job so it was worth the money.

We could even have gotten them to email the sites but I like to keep that part of it a more personal experience for the prospective website owner so we will do the emailing ourselves.

All in all, it has been a very busy time for PAD for us.
