I have read the 2002, 2005 and 2006 manual along other ebooks
and attended a live Bootcamp. All of it interestingly focuses
back to the manual that anyone can get. It's funny that
you think you are missing something but really you aren't.
Live trainings and the videos just allow you to get your
questions answered right then, and limits you wandering
into google to search for your answers (and to later get
confused or sidetracked). I am very happy I am doing
